TamIT FZ-LLC (“TamIT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a company incorporated in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. We provide services to customers internationally. This policy does not mean that TamIT has a registered establishment in every country where a customer is located.

We respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal information responsibly and transparently.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our website at tamit.io or contact us.

If you contact us by email or, once available, through our website inquiry form, we may collect the following information:

The website application does not store IP addresses, inquiry messages, or request metadata in a database. Hosting infrastructure may process limited technical information as part of operating the website. This policy does not describe every record kept by the hosting provider.

• DigitalOcean, which hosts the website.
• Zoho Mail, which provides corporate email services.

SMTP connectivity for a future website contact form has been tested. Public website contact-form submissions are not yet enabled, and the form does not currently deliver visitor inquiries to Zoho.

These providers may process relevant information on our behalf in accordance with their services, contractual terms, and applicable requirements.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

6. International Data Processing

TamIT uses service providers that may process personal information in countries other than the United Arab Emirates.

DigitalOcean currently hosts the corporate website application in Frankfurt, Germany. Email processing, backups, support access, and other provider operations are not assumed to remain in Frankfurt or the United Arab Emirates.

This policy does not specify each provider location or the transfer safeguard that applies. Those details require confirmation before public contact-form activation.

7. Data Retention

The website does not keep contact-form inquiries in an application database. Relevant messages may be stored in Zoho Mail, and sent copies may also be retained there.

Ordinary business inquiries and related correspondence are retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive communication, unless longer retention is necessary for an ongoing business relationship, contractual or legal requirements, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Applying this period requires an operational review and deletion process. The website does not automatically delete mailbox messages.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies and Website Technologies

Our website uses technologies necessary to display its content and operate its functionality. The website application does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies.

We do not currently use advertising trackers or behavioral profiling through the corporate website. Hosting or network infrastructure may still use cookies or similar technical identifiers to operate the service. This policy does not itemize those provider cookies.

If we introduce analytics, optional cookies, or additional tracking technologies, we will update this policy and provide any required notices or choices.
